    To be a walking example of community engagement, to seek those most vulnerable to find the voices that are missing in an effort to make a community that is safer and focused on equity, dignity and trauma awareness.

Well incorporating my peace studies education with my practical emergency management experience and bring new and innovative practices to the field.

Applying social justice to emergency management by focusing on vulnerable and needy communities. Handle conflict resolution with staff and volunteers and mitigate leadership change.
