To live my vocation of service in believing all people matter, all people deserve a voice and to continue to challenge myself to keep learning and adapting. Well incorporating my peace studies education with my practical emergency management experience and bring new and innovative practices to the field.


Over 16 years of experience on the front lines of disaster recovery, capacity building and response. Making a positive impact on the community with confidence, commitment, and moral integrity. Applying social justice to emergency management by focusing on vulnerable and needy communities. Implement disaster services programs in an assigned geographic territory, including planning, directing, and coordinating departments, services, or program overall strategic goals and objectives. Handle conflict resolution with staff and volunteers and mitigate leadership change.
