Discussed multiple different security types, and the difference between them.
Presentation and Delivery
Scott, did an excellent job explaining everything security related. He started by talking about his background a little bit and moved forward to focusing on the importance of Event Security, and having actual security not just a “look of security”

This is the second time that I have heard Scott Nethero speak on this topic. The first was at the Governor's Conference on Emergency Management. It was because of Scott's presentation that our Public Private Partnership (P3) requested him for our conference. He did not disappoint and adjusted the strength of his message to suit the audience.
Presentation and Delivery
Scott's background and first hand experience, coupled with his presentation skill make him an excellent speaker. We received very positive feedback from conference attendees.

Event Name
Governor's Conference on Emergency Management and Homeland Security
Event Location

Event Date

Preparation and Content
Scott Nethero was keynote speaker at the Wisconsin Governor's Conference on Emergency Management and Homeland Security. His keynote presentation was attended by almost 500 people. Scott gave a presentation on "Protecting the Magic, Emergency Management at Walt Disney World." It was immediately apparent that Scott was extremely well prepared to present this topic to such large audience. His presentation covered all facets of exercise planning and execution, responding to critical incidents, the importance of partnerships and training with other agencies and best practices for emergency response in a diverse and immense tourist based industry. Interesting insight into the world of emergency management in such a unique setting as Walt Disney World.
Presentation and Delivery
Scott Nethero's presentation was well organized. His visuals highlighted key points of the oral presentation but did not overwhelm it. Scott captured his audience, interjecting mild humor where appropriate. He moved around the audience and his voice and inflection stressed important elements of his presentation. Having participated in many conferences, trainings and tabletops over the past 30 years, Scott's was one of the best I have attended. Audience comments and questions throughout the presentation and afterward illustrated that they were well engaged in Scott's presentation.
Any other comments or recommendations?

I would highly recommend Scott Nethero as an excellent speaker on many diverse topics of emergency management. Our organization is already considering using his talents at an upcoming seminar.
