In addition to a Master of Public Administration degree, Bruce previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and graduated from the National Police Corps Leadership Development School. Bruce was an adjunct criminal justice instructor at Provo College and has been a national law enforcement-topic panelist in conferences held in Washington D.C. and Atlanta, Georgia. -
