Recent work has been in ensuring the continuity of health care operations through partnering with executive leadership, organizational management and citywide stakeholders, in the planning and execution of full scale, multi-campus disaster exercises. As a part of this work, I have reviewed, edited and drafted, parts or all, of an Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) for healthcare and college settings.

» Facilitated the delivery of response-specific training for two independent but critical emergency operations to 500+ health agency staff and management in New York City.
» Key member of the Incident Command Structure (ICS) within NYC DOHMH and UC San Diego Health.
» Evaluator of Rapid Activation for Mass Prophylaxis Exercise (RAMPEx) in New York City.
