SummaryI have worked in emergency management for more than 30 years. For the past 15 years, I have specialized in business continuity management, organizational resilience, business analysis and risk assessments with Australian based clients. For the past 13 months, I have been working on COVID-19 pandemic preparedness, response and recovery for businesses and turning vaccines into vaccinations globally.
HighlightsI am an Associate of The Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI) by examination, continuing training and recognition of my experience. The BCI has over 8,000 members, operates in more than 130 countries and works with more than 3,000 organisations in private, public and not for profit sectors. I have also completed the Adaptive Business Continuity Fundamentals course (cABCF, March 2019, Orlando, Florida).
I am currently a Member of the Australasian Institute of Emergency Services (MAIES). I am President of the AIES ACT and their National Director on its Board. I am a Member of the International Strategic Risk Management (M.ISRM) and regular contributor to ISRM's COVID campfires, a twice weekly global and virtual event.
On 18 June 2019, I was honoured to be announced as the 14th of 20 Security Thought Leadership, IFSEC Global’s “Top Influencers in Fire and Security” announced at the Annual IFSEC Conference and Exhibition, 18-20 June 2019 London, England.
On 31 July 2018, I received Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Australasian Industry Personality of Year Award to become a finalist in the Global Business Continuity Institute Awards.
