My belief is that personal and professional lives don’t have clear boundaries; work-life and home life are intrinsically linked. As a consultant, administrator, coach, and trainer, my goal is to leave people better than I found them. My formal education in Human Resource Development, numerous certifications, and years of experience as an educator, facilitator, and coach provide me with a rich understanding of impactful ways to help others. Speaking is one of the ways I accomplish this goal.

My ability to facilitate connection with my audience is my superpower. I have been an influencer my entire life and now I have the tools, education, and competency to share my story and engage my audience. I have a very positive vibe and I am able to get people out of their comfort zones and into a place of growth very rapidly.
