SummaryA professional woman, and 35 year veteran of the Los Angeles City Fire Department, who is driven by a holistic approach to increasing resiliency and awareness as it relates to disaster preparedness. I am driven by my positive approach and attitude towards the people at large. My greatest satisfaction is realized when I am interacting with people from all walks of life and all professions. As a career emergency responder, I am truly thankful for the opportunities afforded me while serving the public. In my new role as the Administrative Operations Executive Officer, I manage our Behavioral Health Program and supervise our two Department Psychologists. Other responsibilities include LBGTQ+ Liaison, Alternative Investigations Officer, oversee the Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence Training, Los Angeles Fire Department's Therapy Dog Handler Program, and a variety of committees. I am driven by my desire to become a better version of who I am today and enjoy the field of leadership and motivational speaking.
